In the State of Kuwait, we are one of the few law firms that operates through a professional company instead of a sole proprietorship or unincorporated joint venture. GLA & Company, Lawyers & Legal Consultants, WLL, is regulated by both the Kuwait Lawyers Society (“KLS”), which is our bar association, and the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry. This is unlike some other regional and international law firms that operate here unregulated by the KLS making them ineligible to advise on local law.
