What We Do
Our practice encompasses representing domestic and international companies with interests in the Middle East, including the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With offices on the ground in the GCC, we assist clients with dispute resolution, financial, corporate, commercial, regulatory, intellectual property, and data security throughout the region. Our attorneys have the opportunity to work at all three of our firm’s offices as warranted, and our attorneys regularly participate in negotiations, dispute resolution proceedings, and other matters handled outside of our firm’s offices as well.
