Fawaz Al-Dubaikhi is a partner and head of litigation at GLA & Co office in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in litigation, corporate law, M&A, and Islamic Finance in the areas of trade, capital markets, and general commercial law. Fawaz has been successfully involved on major litigation matters in Saudi Arabia representing some of the leading companies and corporations in their respective sectors. He is accustomed to providing comprehensive advice and representation on contentious matters involving courts of all levels. Fawaz successfully handled matters before the Saudi Commercial Court as well as appearing before Saudi General Court where damages claimed and sought were in hundreds of millions of Saudi Riyals.

Yousef Al Amly

Amr Hammad
Partner & Head of Commercial Advisory - Riyadh
Amr Hammad is an experienced lawyer and legal counsel who regularly provides legal and litigation advice on issues across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining GLA as a partner, he served as a general counsel for an investment bank and a major Saudi holding company with more than SAR1 billion in capital; also he worked as a legal counsel at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) offices in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. While at Blakes, Amr advised on companies and capital market laws, foreign direct investments, construction disputes in front of various arbitration panels. Amr has writings in technology transfer and electronic signature.

Hegui Taha is a partner at GLA & Company. Hegui has more than 16 years’ experience and is specialized in corporate, M&A, capital market, Civil, Commercial and employment laws. He has participated in major transaction and IPOs with a significant number of clients. He has also been involved in major IPO’s and private placements. Hegui conducted various due diligence and drafting of the relevant transaction documents. Also in drafting various types of agreements. He also provided clients with day-to-day corporate matters.
