We are looking for a Corporate M&A Senior Attorney to be a part of our legal department in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including due diligence processes, negotiations and integration.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on M&A execution.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have UAE experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in M&A, and with a proven track record of successful deal execution.
• Experience in leading M&A practice within other consulting and international firms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in law from a reputable university.
• Qualified bilingual lawyer in UAE.
