Khaled Ghazi Abu Orabi is currently serving as a legal counselor in Dubai, UAE, where he plays a vital role in advising on multijurisdictional corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law matters. His expertise extends to providing legal counsel to Fortune 500 multinationals, including Shell, HSBC, and Philip Morris, assisting with their operations across the Middle East.

Prior to his current role, Khaled gained extensive legal experience at several esteemed law firms in the UAE and Jordan, managing complex corporate governance issues, high-value merger and acquisition projects, and negotiations of various commercial contracts. Khaled’s legal career is distinguished by his ability to navigate cross-border legal challenges and his bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
