Jehan is an associate whose practice spans Corporate and M&A, Construction & Projects, and Data & Technology, reflecting a deliberately broad regional practice built around clients who operate at the intersection of commercial, infrastructure, and regulatory work across the Gulf.
A significant part of Jehan’s practice is devoted to infrastructure, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects throughout the region. She advises clients on local gulf aspects across the full project lifecycle, from structuring through to contract negotiation and regulatory engagement, working with both public and private sector counterparties on some of the region’s most complex long-term projects.
On the corporate side, Jehan provides general corporate and commercial advisory services to clients across multiple jurisdictions, including on governance, commercial arrangements, and transactional matters. She has successfully completed merger control filings in Qatar, advising clients on competition law requirements in connection with regional M&A transactions.
Jehan also maintains an active data protection and technology practice across the region. She has advised multinational clients on data privacy compliance in multiple Gulf jurisdictions and was engaged to provide formal feedback to the Saudi government on behalf of multinational groups during the drafting of Saudi Arabia’s data protection legislation — an experience that gave her insight into the legislative process and its implications for international business. She is currently a member of the PDPPL Working Group for Law Firms and Privacy Consultants in Qatar and remains closely engaged with the region’s rapidly evolving data protection frameworks.
Prior to joining the firm, Jehan was an associate attorney at a mid-size law firm in the United States, where she practiced civil litigation. Her Gulf experience includes time in the legal department of a major rideshare company in Dubai, where she gained in-house exposure to the commercial and regulatory challenges of scaling a technology business across the region.
