Mohammed, a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 13 years of experience, brings extensive knowledge in corporate and securities law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, foreign and general Investments advisory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Licensed to practice by the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia, Mohammed has built a distinguished career advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. Before joining GLA & Co., he spent a decade at the Riyadh office of Baker McKenzie, where he honed his expertise in complex corporate transactions and developed deep insights into the Saudi market. His experience also includes roles at domestic and international law firms, further solidifying his strong foundations in both local and cross border l corporate law practices.

Mohammed holds an LL.M. with Honors from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.B. with Honors from London Metropolitan University. His bilingual fluency in Arabic and English enhances his ability to navigate cross-border transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for GLA & Co.’s diverse clientele.
