In its first year of submissions to the IFLR for its Middle East Awards, GLA & Co has been shortlisted for two prestigious categories.  First, Equity Deal of the Year for its work on the Americana dual list IPO where GLA’s team conducted much of the Kuwait restructuring work.  In addition, GLA’s Kuwait office has been nominated as National Law Firm of the Year. 

Nader Al Awadhi, Senior Partner of GLA, stated, “it is a testament to the strength of GLA that we were able to be nominated for categories in our first year of submissions and how fast out of the gate we have started.“. Alex Saleh, Managing Partner, added, “this is simply a starting point, we expect to see other GLA offices in KSA, Egypt and UAE nominated and winning in the future with respect to their deals and their offices, but it is a wonderful start.“
