Yazeed Al-Kharboush is a Legal Associate at GLA & Co. He works closely with clients across governance, corporate law, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining GLA & Co, Yazeed was working at Law Firm as a Legal Associate, where he drafted and reviewed contracts, attested documents with relevant ministries, and provided legal consultations. Before that, he served as a Legal Associate and Judicial Representative in an in house company, where he managed company licensing matters, including SFDA and MISA, and handled amendments to articles of association and registration documents. Yazeed also worked as a Freelance Legal Attorney, guiding clients through local legal requirements and drafting contracts for partnerships, joint ventures, and employment. He began his career as a Trainee Lawyer, where he collaborated with PwC, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and Arabian Centers on successful project completion.
Yazeed holds an LLB from Swansea University in the United Kingdom and is certified in GRCP and GRCA. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
