Omar is corporate lawyer with expertise in advising Fortune 500 clients on both cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Omar navigates complex regulatory environments and providing strategic legal counsel to startups and established corporations across a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas, waste management, healthcare, technology, agriculture, mining, manufacturing, and real estate.

Prior to joining GLA & Co, Omar worked as a corporate associate at an international law firm in Canada.
