Nevine brings over twenty years of extensive experience in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and commercial transactions. She has a proven track record advising multinational corporations, private equity funds, and state-owned entities on complex cross-border matters, particularly within the education and healthcare sectors.

Throughout her career, Nevine has advised leading international and regional clients including Siemens, Samsung, Exxon Mobil, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Spimaco, Actis, RMBV, EFG Hermes, Ezdehar, AfricInvest, Alameda Group, NBK, Tana Africa, and Cleopatra Hospitals Group.

Her practice is focused on advising clients on structuring and executing acquisition transactions, encompassing the full transaction lifecycle from due diligence and reporting to drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as term sheets, non-binding offers, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, escrow arrangements, and joint venture agreements. She also regularly advises on public offerings and listings on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

Nevine is highly regarded for her ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions and for her expertise in navigating the regulatory and legal framework for both private and public M&A transactions in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
