Suzanne Hashem

Suzanne Hashem, Legal Director at GLA & Co, brings eleven years of experience advising on high profile transactions involving regional sovereign investment funds, private equity firms, multinational corporations and venture capitalists. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity, mandatory tender offers, equity and debt fundraising, spin-offs, joint
ventures and corporate governance. Suzanne has extensive experience drafting complex transaction documents, including SPAs, SHAs, subscription agreements, escrow agreements, and convertible
notes, and is also experienced in conducting legal due diligence. Prior to joining GLA & Co, she served a senior role at the M&A department at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy where she played pivotal roles in various significant transactions.
