Nivine is a lawyer with 6 years of experience and a legal associate. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Law as third of her class, Nivine pursued her studies in Masters at the Lebanese University of profound Criminal (Penal) Law, then she chose to continue her doctoral studies in international Criminal Law at the Doctoral School of Law and Political Sciences (Lebanese University). Nivine is knowledgeable about: commercial law, contracts, and particularly criminal procedures, substantive criminal law, criminology, international criminal law, and about counter-terrorism international strategies.
In 2018, Nivine has been a lawyer at Tripoli Bar Association in Lebanon.
Since November 2021, Nivine is a member of Daher Law Firm, she provides consultancy services for a number of companies in cooperation with all the team working at Daher Law Firm. Those services are related to different kinds of documents offered to various clients according to CMA regulations such as: Limited Legal Due Diligence Reports, Registration Documents, Prospectus in relation with Direct listing and IPO.
Recently, Nivine is conducting legal researches on various laws and regulations.
